TERMS OF USE FOR LAUNDROMAT SELF-SERVICE LAUNDROMATS.

  1. LAUNDROMAT self-service laundromats are designed for washing and drying laundry. It is forbidden to be in LAUNDROMAT self-service laundromats unless you are washing or drying your laundry. 
  2. LAUNDROMAT self-service laundromats do not offer reservation. LAUNDROMAT self-service laundromats are used on a first-come, first-served basis. 
  3. Washing and drying of the following is prohibited in LAUNDROMAT self-service laundromats:
     
    • sandy or muddy clothes or textiles;
    • clothes or textiles from which large pieces of dirt can detach;
    • clothes or textiles from which loose parts, such as buttons or glitter, can detach;
    • pet textiles;
    • carpets;
    • rubber products and textiles with rubber components.
  4. You may not use your own washing, softening, bleaching or other cleaning products in LAUNDROMAT self-service laundromats.  High-quality detergents and softeners are added automatically to LAUNDROMAT washing machines, which are included in the washing price. 
  5. Before using a LAUNDROMAT washing machine or dryer, check the condition of the appliance and make sure there are no other customers’ clothes left in the appliance. LAUNDROMAT accepts no responsibility for damage to or dye staining of your clothing. 
  6. Do not exceed the maximum weight indicated on the LAUNDROMAT washing machine and dryer you have chosen. 
  7. Wash and dry your laundry according to the instructions on the labels of the clothes you are washing. LAUNDROMAT accepts no responsibility for defects or damage to your clothing if you have not selected the appropriate washing or drying programme for your clothing. 
  8. Do not use LAUNDROMAT dryers if the label on the clothes you are washing says that they cannot be tumble dried, or if the clothes label has not been preserved and you do not know whether the clothes can be tumble dried. 
  9. Do not use LAUNDROMAT washing machines if the label of the clothes you are washing says that it cannot be washed in a washing machine, or if the clothes label has not been preserved and you do not know whether the clothes can be washed in a washing machine. 
  10. Do not leave your clothes unattended while they are being washed or dried in the LAUNDROMAT self-service laundromat. LAUNDROMAT self-service laundromats are not responsible for your clothes left unattended. 
  11. If the washing or drying programme has finished, immediately remove your clothes from the LAUNDROMAT washing machine or dryer. If you do not unload your clothes from the washing machine or dryer at the end of the programme, your clothes may be removed by other LAUNDROMAT customers who need to use LAUNDROMAT appliances. LAUNDROMAT is not responsible for your clothes left unattended.
  12. Do not crowd, keep your distance and do not disturb other LAUNDROMAT customers. 
  13. Takeaway food and drinks are not allowed in LAUNDROMAT self-service laundromats.
  14. Maintain order and cleanliness in LAUNDROMAT self-service laundromats. Pick up the waste after yourself. 
  15. LAUNDROMAT laundry baskets are intended for use exclusively on LAUNDROMAT premises and may not be taken outside LAUNDROMAT premises. 
  16. Video surveillance is carried out in LAUNDROMAT self-service laundromats. 
  17. Please note that if the washing or drying programme you have selected is not finished before the end of the LAUNDROMAT opening hours, it will be possible to finish washing or drying, but do not start a new programme after the closing hours.
